Moore Memorial District Library, located at 509 Main Street, Hillsdale was first opened to the public on September 11, 1942. Mrs. Sadie Woodburn bequeathed $10,000 in her will when she died on May 3, 1935 for the erection of a library as a memorial to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Moore.
The library is open for business during the following hours:
- Mondays 9:00-Noon & 2:00-8:00
- Tuesdays 2:00-8:00
- Wednesdays 2:00-6:00
- Thursday and Saturday 9:00-Noon
